Delivery:

  • Cargo company: Specified on the payment page
  • Estimated delivery time: Delivered to cargo within 2 business days

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You Have a 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Cosmetics and personal care products that are unsuitable for hygiene and health, and whose packaging has been opened after delivery
  • Products that are not returnable due to their nature

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

  • You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us at info@malens.co.
  • You must return the product complete and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping fee is borne by the seller, provided that it is sent via the contracted cargo company.

Return process:

  • Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after the returned product reaches us.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Products are delivered to cargo within 2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery time to your address after shipping may vary depending on the region.
  • Damage control must be performed upon receipt of the product.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey are authorized to resolve disputes.

By completing your order, you declare that you have read and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
