Prices: All prices include VAT and are in Turkish Lira (TRY).

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Cosmetics and personal care products that are not suitable for hygiene and health, or whose packaging has been opened after delivery
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

  • You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying info@malens.co.
  • You must return the product complete and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the seller, provided that the item is sent from Yurtiçi Kargo with Customer No: 1216091370 .

Return process:

  • Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the product you requested to return.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Products are delivered to cargo within 2 business days after order confirmation.
  • After the cargo is delivered, the delivery time to your address may vary depending on the region.
  • The product must be checked for damage when receiving it.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction over dispute resolution.

9. ENFORCEMENT

By completing your order, you declare that you have read and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
