Apply a small amount of product with a dry, clean hand/spatula as a mask to your pre-cleansed face, avoiding the eye area and lips. For maximum benefits, leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then gently exfoliate using circular massage movements. Then, continue exfoliating with warm water, lathering thoroughly, and rinse.

You can use it 1-2 times a week , depending on your skin's needs.
